Connecting India and Japan through Anime
JAI ANIME CLUB promotes the rejection of illegal streaming and pirated goods while sharing creators’ passion and connecting them with fans through reviews and discussions about their works.
We adopt user-generated content (UGC), allowing fans to join communities, share content, organize events, and support campaigns. The platform respects copyright, and users are required to follow content posting guidelines.
Images used by UGC to introduce works are minimal and comply with fair dealing under Section 52 of India’s Copyright Act, 1957. We believe that our operations align with legal standards.
If any Japanese copyright holder raises concerns, we will promptly address the issue and remove the content.
